• 30 days from the date you receive your order

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at circlehwesternstore@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll review your return request and provide instructions
3. Pack your item(s) with original tags and packaging
4. Ship the item back to us
5. Receive your refund within 10 business days after we receive your return

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• FREE prepaid return label: If we sent the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective/damaged product
• Customer pays return shipping: For all other returns (change of mind, didn't fit, etc.)

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Items must be:
✓ Unworn and unused
✓ In original condition with all tags attached
✓ In original packaging
✓ Include your receipt or proof of purchase

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED?
• Sale items (marked as final sale)
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products
• Items without tags or in worn condition

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? 
• If we sent the wrong size: We'll provide a free prepaid label and send the correct size at no charge
• If you ordered the wrong size: Return your original item (you pay return shipping) and place a new order

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at circlehwesternstore@gmail.com with photos. We'll provide a FREE prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

OUR MISTAKE = FREE RETURNS
We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you if:
✓ We sent the wrong item
✓ We sent the wrong size
✓ The item arrived damaged
✓ The item is defective or has manufacturing defects

CUSTOMER RETURNS
For returns due to change of mind, fit preference, or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESSING
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refunds go back to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are refunded only if the return was due to our error
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
