How long do I have to return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the reason for the return:

- We sent you the wrong size
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item is defective
YOU PAY (Customer Responsibility):
- You changed your mind
- The item doesn't fit as you expected
- You ordered the wrong size or color
- You simply don't want it anymore

What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be:

- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase
How long does it take to get my refund?

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
If we sent the wrong size: We'll provide a free prepaid label and send the correct size at no charge.
If you ordered the wrong size: We recommend returning the original item (you pay return shipping) and placing a new order for the size or color you want. This ensures you get exactly what you need right away!

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

I lost my receipt. Can I still return?

Do you offer exchanges for store credit?
Yes! If you prefer store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, let us know when you contact us about your return.
What if I'm outside the 30-day window?

Will I get my shipping costs refunded?
Shipping costs are refunded only if the return was due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, damaged, or defective). For preference-based returns, original shipping costs are not refunded.
How do I track my return?
If we provided you with a prepaid return label, you can track your return using the tracking number from your shipping carrier. Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email confirmation.
